Change-of-Mind Returns

Consumers purchasing standard stocked items online may cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods should be unused, complete and in their original condition, with the original packaging where reasonably possible. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

For eligible cancelled orders, we will refund the price of the returned goods and the cost of our standard outbound delivery service. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery service is not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been returned.

Custom-Mixed and Made-to-Order Products

Custom-mixed paint and other products made to your specification cannot normally be cancelled or returned because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs.

Do not use or dispose of the product until we have advised you. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Returning an Item

Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return postage. Please package the goods securely and use a tracked delivery service.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranties

Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and conditions vary by product. Please contact us with your order details if you need to make a warranty claim.

A manufacturer’s warranty is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

Dispatch Days

Orders can be placed online at any time. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders placed after our daily cut-off, during weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch stocked items ordered before 2pm on the same working day where possible. This is not guaranteed during particularly busy periods.

Delivery Times

Next working-day delivery is available for many stocked products. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Custom-mixed paint, made-to-order products, larger orders and hazardous items may require additional processing or delivery time.

Delivery Charges

Free UK mainland delivery is available on eligible orders over £75. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout.

Collection

Collection from our Shrewsbury branch is available by arrangement. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.
