Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders can be placed online at any time. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm, during weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch stocked items ordered before 2pm on the same working day where possible. This is not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods.

Delivery Times

Next-working-day delivery is available for many stocked products. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Custom-mixed paint, made-to-order products, larger orders and hazardous items may require additional processing or delivery time.

Unless a different delivery time has been agreed with you, orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.

Delivery Charges

Free UK mainland delivery is available on eligible orders over £75. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout before payment.

Collection

Collection from our Shrewsbury branch is available by prior arrangement. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.
