We aim to process and dispatch stocked orders quickly, with next working-day delivery available for many products and free UK mainland delivery on eligible orders over £75.

Our team processes orders from our Shrewsbury premises and aims to get stocked products on their way as quickly as possible.
Place Your Order
Orders can be placed online at any time. Orders received during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch stocked items ordered before 2pm on the same working day where possible. This cannot be guaranteed during particularly busy periods.
Delivery
Next working-day delivery is available for many stocked products. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guarantees.
Some orders may need a little longer.
Custom-mixed paint, made-to-order products, larger orders and hazardous items may require additional processing or delivery time.
If your order contains an item that requires additional handling, this may affect when the complete order can be dispatched.

Free UK mainland delivery is available on eligible orders over £75. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.
